MOTIVATION. I always hear this word wherever i go for they always say that it can help a person do his/her job more efficiently and effectively. I’ve always been confused when they say that we need a motivational factor for us to succeed and maybe they’re true. I really didn’t understand why people keeps on saying this until i met Sir Lloyd Luna. It was during the seminar at MSU-MARAWI where he has been invited to speak for us about career orientation and development and i really enjoy that event for didn’t just catch our attention but he also help me better understand why i need motivation to succeed. I also quoted from him that “if you ad a plan and you don’t write it, it’s not a plan it’s a wish” and “don’t let an hour pass without learning”. These are just some of the llodeology he taught us.
